DLC Training arvostelut

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you felt there was little interaction and that the course did not meet your expectations. When you enrol on the course, you’re invited to join a group induction session with other new learners. This session is designed to help you get started and allows our support team to answer any initial questions you may have. Following this, the support team provide you with their direct contact information, along with details on how to reach your tutor. You can also join future inductions, should you need a refresher on the introductory information. After this induction, you are invited to attend a live ZIPS session, providing your tutor with the opportunity to discuss the course with you and setting you up for the best possible start on your learning journey. Our support team is dedicated to supporting learners throughout their studies and will contact you regularly to check in and ensure you have everything you need. You are also welcome to get in touch with the team at any time and can arrange to speak with your tutor as often as you wish. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand more about your experience, as our teams are fully committed to supporting every learner throughout their studies. Can you please contact us directly with your concerns? We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issues and provide any additional support you may need. Many thanks, The DLC Training Team

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you found our team easy to contact. At the start of each course, we send an introductory email containing all key contact details and information on who to reach out to for support throughout your learning journey. Apologies if you didn’t receive this information when you joined us — occasionally, our emails can land in spam or junk folders. We also aim to ensure all learners have the details they need during their initial call with the support team. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts. We wish you the very best for the future and hope to welcome you back as a learner again soon! Many thanks, The DLC Training Team

Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us. You can contact your tutor as much as you like during your course and attend as many inductions as you like. Whether for guidance on research, resources, or simply to talk through your next steps, they’re always there to help. Thank you for your feedback regarding the workbooks. The workbooks used are from the institute that awards the course you have completed, and we’ll ensure this is shared with the institute. In addition to the workbooks it is key that learners utilise the online resources provided to them through their membership, as these resources are designed by subject matter experts to provide a modern, accessible, and comprehensive coverage of the topics covered within each unit. All assessments, including any resubmissions, are returned within 10 working days. This is standard across all courses we deliver to ensure all submissions are marked within a time that’s reasonable for both our tutors and learners. It’s great to know that now you have experienced distance learning, you feel more confident moving forward — and we’d be delighted to welcome you back to DLC Training in the future! Many thanks, The DLC Training Team

Hi Paul, Thank you for your review! We pride ourselves on ensuring our learners receive the highest standard of support, and we’re thrilled to hear that you’ve experienced this across every department during your learning journey with us. Regarding access to additional online book resources, students are encouraged to use Google Scholar, which provides a broad range of scholarly articles and references. However, we recognise the value of offering even more comprehensive support, and are currently exploring additional online resources to enhance the range of materials available to our learners. With this being high on our priority list, we aim to expand our offering very soon! Thank you again for your review, we’d be delighted to support you if you decide to continue your studies with us in the future! Many thanks, The DLC Training Team
