Feel cheated
I felt the administration side was good but to my horror I found the same hotel deal available after I had booked for £2000 less. Can’t help but feel cheated.

Mr Sejpal we are sorry that you feel this way. We always provide the most competitive price for any arrangements given based on live availability at the time of booking. We do however have no control over subsequent promotions by any suppliers or hotels who lower their prices further to gain additional customer interest and more business. We would expect that you researched costs before proceeding to book with us and you were happy that we were the best option which is why you chose to commit. It is always frustrating to find lower deals in any market after purchasing but we can assure you that you received the best rates we could provide.

Actually you were the best option when comparing the deals at face value but the sea plane fares were added separately while in the booking process, whereas other providers were quoting their price inclusive. This along with a price drop caused a discrepancy but £2k is significant and we believe maybe Destination 2 could have done more. Booking.com would have offered a better deal but my advice is caution and don’t trust the brand blindly. The fault is ultimately mine.

Best online holiday website
Friendly customer adviser who was knowledgeable and when she didn’t have the answer she got back to me promptly. Very competitive prices an easy and enjoyable experience
