Designers Guild continue to use the most up to date photography and lighting equipment in order to provide an accurate likeness of our products, however, factors such as monitor display, and individual lighting situ can mean that shades may differ. Rug samples are available through our stores should you ever be unsure, and contact details for which may be found on our website. We see that you decided to cancel your order for the Camana rug, and are very sorry to note this; we are always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our products, and hope that you have found a rug which is perfect for you. Alternatively, our exciting new Autumn / Winter 2012 collection features some wonderful rugs in neutral hues, and we hope that you may find something to your liking within this.

With regards to your linen placemats, Designers Guild favour a more organic, tumbled look, and therefore we recommend that customers do not iron their linen in order to preserve this look. However, if you prefer a crisper look for your linen, then ironing the product will not cause any damage to the fabric.
