A free of charge courier was offered to collect the unwanted items, but as you had very kindly posted the unwanted items back to us already, we have since reimbursed you for these postage costs. As a further apology for your inconvenience regarding this matter, we would like to offer you a free gift, which will be despatched to you this week. We would also like to assure you that we never knowingly send our customers faulty products, and we continue to produce bed linen to a superior quality. We are very sorry therefore that your receipt of faulty bed linen was inconsistent with the brand philosophy associated with Designers Guild.
