Both items were sub-standard, several areas of faulty stitching on Corales & loose threads between embroidery on Lacroix... & it cost me £8 to return! NEVER AGAIN!!

We are always happy to collect faulty items free of charge, as we are unable currently, to provide free post labels. in general it is Ok. it could be improving by showing the full picture of the items (e.g. cushions) back and rear view. I also experienced a shortage of 1 piece when my order was delivered.
