When I tried to contact customer services It was very difficult to get find the right place to make the complaint and I kept being diverted to the troubleshooting pages and so I gave up.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with Delonghi. With regards to the coffee temperature the espresso temperature that can be increased and I have linked a video below for you to view, this can be found from 2 minutes 26 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Awb722Yr2OA&list=PLEMc1V_7ahGEBep-u8Nui8rFmK9DrAflt&index=4 For milk preparation the end temperature is super important, when milk exceeds 70 degrees the fat it contains begins to separate and this leads to a loss of texture. Thanks, the coffee temperature is hot but when making a latte which contains lots of milk it makes the drink cold. It is well below 70 degrees.
