When booking over the phone everything went very smoothly and the email containing the policy arrived quickly. Plus a bonus when the gift card arrives!
I have not had to use it thankfully, but I purchased a policy from Debenhams back in April and I am still waiting for the £5 gift card. I did mention this to the girl on the phone when I purchased...

Hello Nigel. I am sorry to learn that you are yet to receive your gift card. I have looked into this and can see that you were sent a voucher on the 15.05.15 to the email address that we hold on file. The email may have filtered into your spam/junk folder and gone unnoticed. I have requested for another gift card to be sent out to you in the post. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

thanks for your reply, especially as its the only one I have received about this matter despite making several phone calls and sending emails chasing this up. However I still have not received the gift card in the post to date, therefore can you please advise of when I can expect to receive this along with the gift card for the most recent travel insurance policy taken out at the end of July?
