Poor customer services with rude call centre staff in Durban, South Africa. Preposterous cancellation changes which are totally unjustified. Do not use.
AWFUL! I cannot express enough how much you need to avoid this company. I dont care if they are £200 cheaper than the next quote, it is not worth it. They are the most inefficient and incompetent...
This company will find ways not to compensate you what ever happen. They ask for so many documents as they never trust professionals. I had to withdrawn my claim after month of neglecting my claim....
