Hi Louise, Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that your Royal Caribbean cruise was amazing and that you loved exploring the Greek Isles! At DealsAway.com, we pride ourselves on dedicated support. Our Deal Expert was in close contact with you before your departure to assist with inclusions, arrival information and visas. We always aim to provide peace of mind, which is why our documentation included information for your hop-on hop-off bus operator, along with our 24/7 overseas emergency numbers should assistance be required while travelling. We are truly sorry to hear that navigating the busy stations in Rome cost you valuable sightseeing time, and that the Orange Hotel fell short of expectations. We take your hotel feedback seriously and have escalated your comments regarding room amenities and maintenance to our quality control team for review. We always want to improve, and our team would love to connect with you directly to learn how we can make our pre-departure guides even clearer based on your experience. DealsAway
