I phoned to ask for a lyre attachment and the sales person agreed to modify one to suit over the phone if I ordered one. I received one which had not been modified.

I'm so sorry, but no, I didn't modify that lyre box for you before it was sent out. Unfortunately on the day in question it slipped my mind. If you haven't modified it yet then please email me at matt@dawkes.co.uk and I'll arrange for the correctly altered lyre box to be sent and for the unaltered box to be sent back.
