Many thanks for your recent (and ongoing) purchases. Many apologies for the problem with this order and any inconvenience it caused. Unfortunately it stems from an incorrect stock level and we didn't communicate that quickly enough to warn you, for which we apologise. As you know we were only able to supply 1 of the 2 reeds and so offered an alternative instead. Hopefully a small consolation was the speed of our response to your query; it was 5hrs for us to respond, we operate a 'same day' response 99% of the time, as this was. And from the following emails about the alternative and refund we responded within 20 minutes. Hopefully these speedy responses can give you some faith back in our service. As discussed these reeds are hand made to order by the producer and so sometimes we can have slow supply times, apologies we were not able to supply both the reeds in time on this occasion and we hope you will try us again in the future.
