Thanks for your recent contact. I'm sorry to hear we have disappointed you on this order, I can see there have been quite a few issues regarding the customs clearance in the US: I can see that we originally sent the order but it was returned to us from the USA as apparently the delivery was refused by the consignee. I believe our company made contact with you about this and we re-sent the package the 2nd time, sadly it also came back as 'un-deliverable' from the US customs department, this is usually when they make a customs request to the recipient but do not hear a response within a certain time period, they then return the package to the sender (us). We then sent the package a third time and hadn't heard anything from you since or received the package back so we assumed it had finally arrived safely. It was only reading your correspondence today that we understand you've not had the 3rd delivery, and unfortunately it hasn't been returned to us either. With this in mind we have refunded your payment today, please accept our apologies, we were unaware that final delivery had not arrived. Please be assured it is not our intention to have caused any issues or had all this backwards and forwards, in fact quite the opposite. Sadly because the customs requests in the US were never responded to the items came back to us the original two times we attempted delivery.
