Kuka voi jättää Feefo-arvostelun?

Vain asiakkaat, joilla on tosite ostoksesta, voivat jättää Feefo-arvostelun. Varmistamme tämän ottamalla yhteyttä ostajiin heti kaupanteon jälkeen.

Miten tarkastamme arvostelut?

You shouldn't be collecting VAT for customers outside the UK, correct me if I'm wrong

Thanks for your recent order, we're glad you are happy with the product. With regards the VAT query, currently we are manually refunding these within 14-28 days of the transaction taking place, yours has already been done and the £2.32 should be back into your account in the next day or two. We are currently working on an automated process on the website to allow the vat to be removed at the transaction point but this is still a work in progress that should be complete in 2016.
