Yes, currently we do have an issue with all orders outside the EU including British Vat at the point of order (unless you have a registered trade account with us). Currently there is no solution for this from a system point of view but it is something we will be able to resolve later in the year when we switch/modify our own internal software. We appreciate this is not ideal but we do have manual procedures in place to refund these orders as they appear. I have checked and your details are being processed and the refund should appear very soon in your account. Should you wish to avoid this in the next few months (ie before the system change/solution is in place) please feel free to order via email or on the phone and we can put that through ex-vat for you.
