Good morning Ralph, thank you for your feedback. We can see you needed the 5th year service this time which is more expensive than the standard calibration as both sensors need to be replaced. The good news is that is only every 5 years, so for the next 4 years you will just need the standard calibration that you had in the previous 4 years. Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. I can see that your unit was shipped back out to you the day after we received it, for the standard price with no additional charges. You should have also got a service report with it detailing the work that was done, but if you need anything further please let me know. Steve

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. Calibration & despatch was completed within 2 days as promised, but looking at the online tracking I can see that there was a delay in the couriers delivering it to you. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, please contact us next time your service is due & we will make alternative shipping arrangements to prevent this happening again. Thanks, Steve
