Thanks for commenting Charli. I had various emails with Cover4Rentals because I'd not received a policy or any contact, and they didn't at any point say I'd given a wrong email. And it doesn't seem a policy had been issued and sent to the wrong email, because they told me there was no policy with my postcode. What was the original incorrect email please?
