If you needed to submit a claim online, though the online claims portal was not working for a few days due to a technical issue, this has now been fixed, however, claims could also been submitted over the phone by calling the claims handlers appointed by your policy insurer. Upon looking at your records, the only contact we were able to locate was one email you sent us, where you have just informed us that your flight was cancelled but no queries were made. We replied with the covered information and have not redirected you at all to review your policy wording document, which was available to view and download on your Customer Zone since you purchased your policy until your policy expired.
