Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience at Summercourt didn’t meet your expectations. Together with our holiday home owners, we strive to provide high standards of comfort and care, and it is regrettable that you left feeling disappointed.
As per our email communications and welcome guide, we are contactable 24/7, 365 days of the year, so it is a shame that you did not pick up the phone as we’re always willing to act quickly to resolve any concerns. Unfortunately, we weren’t given that opportunity.
We have discussed your feedback with the owner and whilst we feel that some of it comes down to personal preference, we will look into the matters you highlight further. The smoke alarms and heat detectors are there for our guests safety and peace of mind – occasionally they will react to the climatic environment at the time.
Summercourt has received a lot of positive feedback from the guests who have stayed there since it opened it’s doors in March 2023, many of who are rebooking during their holiday. That said, we take all reviews seriously and will add your comments to our next maintenance and quality inspection.
