We regret the bizarre incompatibility issue with your card and our payment platform; we do take regular bookings from Belgian customers without the problem, so we're still not quite sure what went wrong here, but we apologise for the inconvenience and we'll definitely keep looking into it.

Thank you for your feedback on the Isle of Wight Coast Path. We regret how extensive some of the detours on this trail have become this year especially; the sea really does have it in for the Isle of Wight! Hopefully some more scenic and longterm reliable official replacements will be implemented sometime soon.

Thank you for your in-depth feedback on our John Muir Way walking holiday. We regret to hear that our choice of accommodations didn't meet your expectations. This particular trail is not truly rural like many of the others we offer, so the overnight offerings trend more towards hotels (and indeed chain hotels at certain stops like Queensferry) rather than B&Bs. That said, all of the accommodations we book are rated three stars and above. Regarding off-trail activities, these are not part of our holiday package; our knowledge is focused specifically on the walking and overnights. We encourage our walkers to double-check the availability for any extra sights they plan to visit, and if you do have things like castles and sights in mind, please mention this when you book as this may help us tailor your holiday further.
