Cabin was well prepared and comfortable as always.

So expensive. Service staff often very brusque, bordering on rude. If there were another option for leaving the island with my car I would not sail with Condor.

Very well organised check in. Comfortable seats in upgraded lounge, although we had to turf some other passengers out of our seat!!! Arrival on time

Operationally my journeys are always good with no hold ups, problems etc. I travel 4-5 times a year by ferry. I would like a better quality of home made type food on offer.

I loved price for the half-price day trip in May offer. Engine Problems on the ferry caused delays in both directions for a short day trip Jersey to St Malo. Staff were great. Crowded Departure...

Service was punctual, information clear and concise and although there was an announcement re possible bad weather the passage was comfortable,

high prices, lack of competition to drive quality and cost-effectiveness, unreliable, poor customer service....

Friendly staff from beginning to end. Lovely clean ferry and excellent service in Club seats. Very enjoyable crossing.
