Attempting to hard sell a product that you already have...

Still had your call staff ringing me after I bought a policy attempting to sell me a policy that I already had with them. Break down of communication on your side and a bit annoying to the customer.

Great value, problems with customer service

Only marked down because they kept calling me several times a day and emailing about my quote for days after I had already got my policy documents. Took 2 calls from me to stop them.
