Good morning,
We tried to contact you not long after your order was placed and left a message to inform you of the stock issues. We are getting stock in depots as of next week and will be organizing deliveries to customers as soon as possible. We won't know the delivery date until it is routed. Punctual friendly good price, excellent product. Driver VERY helpful and understanding.
Waited ages. Called and still couldn't get a delivery date confirmed. Cancelled order and got money back.

On every order for the last two years, I get an email a few days later saying the warehouse is running behind schedule etc regardless of how quick they say they can deliver in the adverts

Thank you for your feedback, I have just been looking into the order ref and the order was delivered within the quoting timescales of 5 business days this does not include weekends, the email you would have received of the delay is an automated email we send out in the chance they could be a chance the delivery could be behind.
