Good, but they make you wait.

Generally service is good. Website easy to use and delivery drivers helpful. However, I have ordered twice now and both times I have had to wait a significant period of time from ordering to delivery.

Could have done better

I have ordered from Coals2U over many years but this time it took a long time to deliver and that was only after a phone call to head office wondering what had happened.
