Good firm to deal with. There are some surprises, for example a jacket was sent out in just a plastic bag; I had to have the crumpled jacket specially pressed in order to wear it!

I am sorry to hear your item arrived in a poor condition, I can assure you this is not our usual standard of service and may have been affected in transit. I can confirm we do offer a free returns service were we will accept any unsuitable/faulty items back for a full refund.

Good to hear that you are happy with your velcro canvas shoes and our operators were helpful for you. It is a shame that the lace-up version were not as comfortable for you.
