Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry for the mix up in our warehouse they are usually very accurate. We do try to ensure that mistakes are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene. I do hope this is a rare occasion. I can confirm your replacement order has however left us yesterday.
