The quality of the product I purchased is really good and am more than satisfied. But the one day delivery service is certainly not one day. I ordered on a Saturday (Next working day would be Monday)...

Hi There, So sorry for the inconvenience caused with our order. As our warehouse isn't open at weekends next working day would be Tuesday as a day is needed to process your order. Sorry for the confusion here. We have been going through some teething problems with DPD due to peak season. This caused a slight delay to our deliveries. These issues have now been resolved to make sure this doesn't happen again. We also refunded your shipping cost in response to the delays. We have now introduced a 2-3 day shipping option for all UK customers.

As you placed after Friday 2pm this was not processed until Monday and delivered Tuesday.
We have now updated our shipping to next working day.
