Thank you for your review, the site does advise that delivery is 10-15 working days for this product. Delivery was attempted within time but was refused as person not known at the address. We then changed the address as per your instruction. The chairs were replaced as the couriers seem to have damaged them due to them shipping from place to place, We replaced them immediately and am now pleased you are happy with the chairs.
