Product purchased and service all very satisfactory, although only had item a month, so time will tell.

Easy to use website, found and ordered what I needed quickly. Goods arrived in good time and in good condition. They are as described in the description and appear to be holding up after short use.

Prompt delivery of the chair. They didn't advise the desk was out of stock until after we rang up to find out why the delivery has not occurred. Still was debited for it though. Had to get a refund....

We placed our order online and were immediately told that the chairs were out of stock, we have heard nothing since

Goods received in time and acceptable quality

Phoned shop, immediate response. Spoke to a human, very unusual these days. Excellent advice. Bought product. Delivered on time. Very happy with product.

Good. Instruction sheet not quite consistent with actuality, leading to some confusion. Left and right incorrectly labelled on fittings but did not cause a problem as obvious.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this company. Firstly, the chair was delivered damaged (not their fault), the replacement chair was not as order, by this stage I really needed...

Very good service.

Arrived on schedule. Fitted together easily. Nice & comfortable. Very pleased.
