Needed a replacement waste as the kitchen work surface company had lost mine & CDA replaced it at no cost within a couple of days, just in time for me to complete the kitchen 1 day before xmas.
Have contacted there service department 15 minutes to get to talk to someone, helpful when I did but there service engineer cannot visit until the 13th of January.
