I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. I believe my colleague Husain has contacted you to discuss the matter.
We’ve made a note on file for our Customer Service team to only contact you on your renewal date.
With regards to the policy documents, when paying via BACS it can take a few days for the payment to be processed and the documents to be sent whereas when paying by card the payment goes through quicker, and the documents are issued as soon as the payment goes through.
