My business insurance has been set up with the company for a while, each year the company send me a reminder which comes with plenty of time before my insurance runs out the staff are very helpful...

No complaints at all. I appreciate both their lack of promotional marketing contact, and their appropriate contact when my policies need renewal. Their staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.

I got a quite good price on my business insurance (compare to others) and they have a good customer service. I haven`t had to claim yet (luckily) so I don`t know how would they act in the situation.

Thanks for the review. Our claims department are an in house team too, so you won't be passed to Insurers, and they will provide you with the continued good customer service :)
I have not needed to use the insurance I have with the company however it is peace of mind that it is there should there ever be a time when I do need it.
