Do not like the renewal quote system leveraging premiums but direct call resolved pricing issue

Thanks for the feedback and I do apologise as we do not increase our rates year on year but an error on the system has increased a number of them. We are contacting clients at the moment to rectify this but I am glad to hear yours was sorted over the phone.
I will ensure this flagged up at renewal next year, prior to renewal being invited, to ensure we offer the most competitive premium,
Clear and uncomplicated web site, with additional online help "i" buttons that actually provided clarity aiding decision making; so different to many others sites. A surprise (unsolicited) call back...
