Thank you for your valued feedback and of course we apologise for the delayed delivery.I have taken a look into this and found the following: Your order was processed on the 25th September and I can see here that there were issues with delivery. Kelly logged a case with TNT who confirmed the item was out for delivery that day. TNT then failed to deliver a second time and re confirmed on the 28th that it was out for delivery again. Unfortunately, TNT have been unable to offer us what you and I would consider a proper explanation only confirm that they had some issues their end and it had been delayed. May I apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused on this occasion however I hope you can agree that the vast majority of deliveries we have carried out for you have gone to plan. Indeed, your previous order was upgraded to our white glove specialist delivery service at no extra cost in recognition and appreciation of your valued business.
