I am so glad that I came across this site always been wanting to order some but never got around I think Paul and his crew do such an amazing job .Paul if it's possible perhaps you could do a 3-D big...

We can certainly look at making something similar to the designs mentioned, but unfortunately copyright prevents us from replicating the exact characters.
I've added the design ideas to our next planning meeting agenda :-)
Sorry to hear that you're disappointment with the number of videos. A little surprising given that we have the most online cake tutorials in the world and regularly adding at least one new course every week.

I take on board your comments regarding the baking tutorials. We have 11 recipes currently available .... https://www.designer-cakes.com/course-category/baking
with Red Velvet and Maderia being added on the 8th of June and we will be publishing GBBO winner Helen Vass's tutorials on the 21st of September.
Please get in touch if you have any specific design or baking ideas and I'm sure we can work it into the schedule.
Thanks for the feedback. Paul (our resident tutor) makes the cake for the first time to camera, which was as a result of feedback from a members questionnaire a couple of years ago. Paul tries to explain the thought process that he goes through when designing and making the cake, which is often how things work in a commercial cake decorator's kitchen.
Our guests are always prepared so hopefully the cross-section gives a range of options, but appreciate that Paul's methods may not be for all.
