On this occassion it was quite disappointing, especially having to chase the order a number of times to discover it was never dispatched.

Fair comment here I'm afraid. The despatch was held back because of a question over the Sail Nos meeting the new April 2016 Optimist regulation.However once we had cleared the matter, we twice failed to communicate properly and follow up with our warehouse to ensure the delivery was released.We have made some changes to our system which hopefully will prevent this happening again. Thank you for taking the time to bring thus our attention and apologies for the inconvenience.
