I have checked your tracking and can see the parcel was dispatched the day after your order was placed due to it being placed on a bank holiday.
Unfortunately your parcel was subject to a courier delay. I have issued a refund for the postage charge on your order. Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Quick and easy process. Received my order in 2 days and probably would have been quicker had it not been a bank holiday. Both items were as described too! Shall be ordering again.
