We are puzzled by your feedback since you decided not to actually stay at the park after making your booking. There is an argument that says we shouldn’t have asked for feedback from you but we believe in 100% honest feedback which can be left by anyone who makes a booking with us. Dealing with your points in turn: 1) We gather you were advised by other family members that they didn’t enjoy their stay and so elected to stay at home. 2) The Park is manifestly not owned or run by Travellers, they are a reputable park operator, details of which are clear on our website 3) We can only find one piece of Carnmoggas footage on YouTube and that is not at all negative. We think you may be confusing them with someone else. 4) We are sorry you felt it necessary to abuse our customer care team, they are well trained and tried their hardest for you, all to little avail. We wish you well with finding another holiday more suited to your tastes.
