Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the return process. We'd like to clarify that we offer a couple of return options for our customers. You can use our recommended FedEx return service, which provides a secure and fully tracked return, with the return cost deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. Alternatively, you are welcome to use any courier of your choice and pay the shipping cost directly to them. We understand that return costs can be frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Best wishes, Brastop.
