Oase had not confirmed a fault with the product to this customer, they had asked him to carry out some standard troubleshooting checks which he refused to do and returned the unit to us. We have the facilities to test the majority of products in house, but not this one, so it would need to be returned to Oase to be tested. We advised that it would take up to 14 days for this to be done and the customers refund to be processed if the product was faulty. We processed a refund for the customer 8 days after receiving the product back, PayPal didn't authorise the refund or process this, we closed the case when we refunded the customer within the 14 days as promised. We always try and process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, but will always quote up to 14 days when asked for a timeframe to allow for busy periods but it very rarely takes that long.

If used correctly the pouches should work, but we can go through some questions with you and make sure you have used them correctly and they are the right product for you and if not, we can find something else for you that will do the job.
