We are so glad to see you will we were the best online rental website you every used. We are sad to see you had to leave the service, the good news is if you do ever decide to return you can log into your account with your same details and set it live whenever you want.
As you rightly mention we also sell new and ex rental copies of our games and you can get discounts from using payback points.

Really good to know you think the service is brilliant and you've been with us for a while now.
In regard to getting new releases, the best advice we offer is to have a free rental slot at least 4 days before the new release. Set your preferences to Top Choice and put the new release game to the number 1 slot.
We despatch new release games the day before their street release date.
