Replacement for lost aid
Explained the options for a replacement hearing aid, and dispatched it promptly. Also explained how to improve performance of the other one (reduce whistling)

Simplify the system
Consider that the Hearing Aid (that I purchased) has too many features for an ordinary, simple person(as I am) to work through.

Not impressed with HA setup or test
The audiologist at the satellite clinic was not very helpful and didn't seem to have much knowledge as to doing the hearing test or setting the hearing aids up. The iHearYou instruction booklet also...

Helpfull and Professional in every way
They were very helpful, I'm not from Sydney but they were able to arrange an appointment at short notice when I was in Sydney on other business for only 1 day
