Job done well

Ordered 1cup Alessi moka pot. Quick delivery, well packed. All good. No problem.

Great price,Fast delivery. I like how you can lift the wire basket shelves down off the wall if you need to.

Excellent fast service and price of item very reasonable.

Delicate parcel arrived promptly and well wrapped

By responding to customer email, that would be a good start. Hermes need to regularly update their tracking service and BbD need to answer customer queries. I will not spend my money with this company...

Brilliant service -- arrived quickly, beautifully and carefully packaged. Admittedly Hermes left on doorstep outside email hours advised and without a card, but these are busy days for deliverers......

Ordered a garden trading postbox. Excellent price, quick delivery and exactly what I needed, highly recommended

Quick, good service. Packaging was excellent.

Amazing service, I ordered item on 30 Dec for a 60th birthday present which I needed on New Years Eve, it arrived within 24 hours on time, great communication too.
