When processing claims, the policy underwriter may work with their nominated service providers to conduct additional checks and investigate specific aspects of the claim. While this process may take some time, it is essential to ensure that all claims are assessed accurately and in line with the policy terms. These requirements are in place to uphold fairness and consistency for all our customers. Although claim rejections are rare, they can occur when policy conditions aren’t met. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to emphasize that rejecting a claim is never an outcome we desire.
