I'm really sorry there was a problem with the order being damaged in transit. It is unfortunate when it happens & we do usually get notified from the courier there was been an issue so we can get it reordered straight away. This obviously got missed in this case, but I'm glad you contacted us so we could get the case sent out to your father & I hope he enjoyed the beers even though they arrived a week later
