Thanks for your feedback Andrew. I'm really sorry you had such a poor experience collecting your parcel. They would have only taken it back to the depot if your neighbours weren't in & they didn't want to leave it in an unsafe place. But I will pass on your comments to our account manager about having to wait such a long time when you got to the depot.

Hi Hannah, The pictures also show how flimsy the taping / the packaging itself was, this is something that Beer hawk should also take into account. Unless you're suggesting that Yodel opened my package? Kind regards, Andrew

Product arrived when they said it would, well ahead of Christmas. Design of the advent calendar was amusing and better than expected, based on Christmas films. My dad will love it! Hope he shares...
