One of the tracksuits was really high quality, one was much lower quality with a rip in the seem on the leg. It’s a shame because some of the tracksuits we’ve bought from this firm last really well...

Deliver on time and came well packaged!
Would have been nice to be able to select the sizes independently. Ie. L top half of tracksuit and XL bottom half.

Hi Jeremy,
Sorry to hear this. I have now investigated this and can see it was HERMES who refused to deliver and sent this back to us. I can reprocess this to be sent out to you today. We now use Royal mail so no more issues should arise.
