Can I please add a comment to say that after my bad experience Astrid & Miyu dealt with the problem very well. They contacted me and offered to forward the ring I ordered in the first instance without charge. They were very efficient and caring.

The ring was delivered promptly and arrived beautifully wrapped. All I had to do was pop it in a net bag and I had a fantastic looking Christmas present. Brilliant!!
