Thank you very much for your feedback. You are right, the holes are off centre, this is to balance the frame as the open side is lighter than its opposite. Using tack is a great idea if any picture hangs a degree or two off level, alternatively the weight can be shifted slightly by putting a coin inside. Happy Creating!
