Hello Reeder, I'm sorry to hear your scarf has not been delivered yet. We received your order on the 18th November and had it dispatched the following day, the 19th. But due to COVID, and most people now shopping online for this Holiday Season, our national postal service An Post is experiencing a massive backlog of parcels which I imagine is the same for postal services across the world right now.
We ask that you just wait another week for your parcel. We have had a few customers in the last week or so from North America receive their parcel almost a month after we have sent it out due to the backlog. If you have still not received your parcel by the 18th, we will happily replace it.
