Poor delivery service

I received an email to say my goods had been delivered but I had in fact not received them. I rang and was told that it would be the next day. They still didn't arrive the next day so I rang again...

Apologies your order hadn't been delivered as expected. The goods left our warehouse the same day the order was processed but unfortunately had been misplaced by the courier who didn't inform us. Excellent

Excellent service but wish the large postal sticky label hadn't had to be put on the actual box (it arrived with no packaging) so prominently - very difficult to remove without leaving a mess.
